Brandon is a Partner at our Albuquerque office. He joined the firm in October 2017 as a lawyer, but he clerked with the firm intermittently beginning in 2015. While in law school, he served as the Executive Editor of the Journal of the Legal Profession, a member of the Campbell Moot Court Board, and the Vice President of the Student Bar Association. He completed the National Fire Investigation Training Program at Eastern Kentucky University in 2018. In 2021, New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association (NMDLA) named him the Young Lawyer of the Year. And in 2023, Super Lawyers selected Brandon to the New Mexico Rising Stars list.

Brandon is currently the Co-Editor-in-Chief of Defense News (the publication of NMDLA) and the Chair of the Scaffolding Cranes & Aerial Devices subcommittee of Defense Resource Institute’s Product Liability Committee. He also serves as Chair of the Governing Board for Albuquerque Collegiate Charter School.

Brandon focuses his practice on cases involving personal injury, products and premises liability, construction defect, wrongful death, and catastrophic fires and explosions.
