John is a trial attorney who prides himself on providing effective and efficient representation to all of his clients. During his 30 years of practice, John has focused primarily on defending catastrophic fire and explosion cases brought against gas suppliers, product manufacturers, detector manufacturers and others. John has developed a particular expertise in propane cases in which he has represented retailers, wholesalers, transporters and refineries in cases brought throughout the country. John serves as national or regional counsel for several of his clients and has long standing relationships built upon confidence and trust. In addition to his litigation practice, John regularly consults with his clients on safety, training and warning issues and proactively works with his clients to prevent accidents. John is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences focusing his presentations on practical advice designed to enhance safety.

John has worked cooperatively with local counsel in many states and is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas. John has achieved the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell (AV). John is a past President and current board member of the Propane Gas Defense Association.
