Kaycie D. Apfel

Kaycie Apfel is an associate in McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC’s San Antonio, Texas Office. Kaycie attended Baylor University for undergraduate studies, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. In May of 2024, she graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law. 

During her time in law school, Kaycie served as the Public Service Representative on the Student Bar Association Board and a member of the Board of Advocates. In addition to her involvement on campus, she was committed to her studies which is evidenced by her placement on the Dean’s List for every semester of her law school career. Kaycie was also awarded the Nathan Price Chaney Graduation Award, which is given to the student who shows excellence in coursework relating to technology in law. 

In her free time, Kaycie enjoys reading, long walks with her dog, Remington, spending time with friends and family, and anything that involves a little competition!
