Lee Foden is an associate attorney at McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC. Lee brings her positive attitude, attention to detail, and analytical skills to all aspects of her legal practice. She tackles every issue with diligence and curiosity, tailoring her approach to match each client’s objective.
Lee earned a degree in journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law. During law school, she externed for Judge Nancy Torresen of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine, served as a Staff Editor of the Oceans and Coastal Law Journal, and argued in the 2024 Jeffrey G. Miller Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. She is a skilled oral and written communicator who collaborates effectively with clients and advocates persuasively on their behalf.
Before joining McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC, Lee practiced at a mid-sized firm in Manchester, New Hampshire, gaining courtroom experience in both district and superior courts. Outside of practicing law, she enjoys skiing, spending time on Casco Bay, and rooting for the New England Patriots.
