Madelyn D. St. Clair

Madelyn was born and raised just south of Houston in Dickinson, Texas. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Following graduation, Madelyn moved to Boerne, Texas to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law. While in law school, Madelyn gained valuable experience through internships, building a foundation in multiple areas of the law including personal injury, construction defects, and consumer protection.

Prior to joining McCoy Leavitt Laskey in 2024, Madelyn practiced at a large plaintiff personal injury firm where she managed a docket of motor vehicle collision cases. This experience shaped Madelyn into a knowledgeable litigator able to navigate complex legal issues. At McCoy Leavitt Laskey, Madelyn is dedicated to achieving favorable outcomes for clients through strategic planning and effective advocacy.

Outside of the office, Madelyn and her husband Shane enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, and taking care of their cat, Ellie.
