Mary Jones

Mary Jones is a Partner at McCoy Leavitt Laskey’s Albuquerque office. She graduated magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2014, and is a member of the Order of the Coif.  Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Mary was a Partner at a regional defense firm, clerked for a United States District Judge, and a United States Magistrate Judge. While in law school, she served as the Articles Editor of the Temple Law Review, captained the Jessup Moot Court Team, and founded the Dispute Resolution Society. 

Mary focuses her practice on cases involving catastrophic personal injury, products and premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic fires and explosions. She is licensed to practice in New Mexico and Texas. 

Outside of practicing law, Mary is a founding Board Member of Equip Academy of New Mexico and enjoys spending time with her family and dog.
