Jessie M. Keppler

Jessie Keppler is an Associate Attorney at McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC. Known for her ability to problem solve and her meticulous attention to detail, Jessie provides effective, efficient, and individualized representation to all of her clients.

Jessie earned a degree in Political Science from Purdue University in 2021 before completing her Juris Doctor at the University of San Diego in 2024. During law school, Jessie gained valuable trial experience while interning for California Superior Court Judge, Hon. Kirk Athanasiou, and while prosecuting misdemeanor charges at her externship at the San Diego City Attorney’s Office. Jessie also provided pro bono legal assistance to clients with civil litigation issues ranging from consumer debt collection disputes to fraud and breach of contract at the University of San Diego Civil Clinic. Jessie served on the board of the Business Law Society and graduated with Highest Distinction for completing over 250 hours of pro bono legal work during law school.

Before joining McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC, Jessie practiced at a small firm in San Diego, where she gained valuable experience in managing cases through the litigation process and trial preparation. Outside of practicing law, Jessie enjoys watching crime documentaries, playing piano and rooting for the San Francisco Giants.
