Josephine was born on Long Island, New York and moved to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania before her senior year of high school. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Marketing and International Business from Penn State University. She obtained her law degree from Texas Tech University where she graduated with highest honors and served as the managing editor of the Texas Tech Law Review.

Prior to joining McCoy Leavitt Laskey in 2022, Josephine practiced at one of the largest personal injury law firms in Texas for eight years where she gained valuable experience handling plaintiff personal injury litigation involving commercial motor vehicle collisions. She began her legal career at a plaintiff personal injury law firm with offices in El Paso, Texas and New Mexico where she gained experience in workers compensation and oil field accidents.

As a litigation attorney, Josephine has participated in trials involving personal injury disputes, contract disputes, and motor vehicle accidents. Her practice includes representing clients in cases involving personal injury, products and premises liability, construction defect, wrongful death, motor vehicle and transportation litigation, and catastrophic fires and explosions.

Josephine enjoys spending time with her family, lifting weights, running, traveling and baking.
